Shipping Options:

We exclusively ship within the United States and primarily utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground services for shipping, selecting the most appropriate option based on specific circumstances and destination. These services offer dependable and cost-effective shipping solutions, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order.

Service Areas:

We ship to most locations within the contiguous United States. However, please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time. If you reside in one of these areas, we regretfully cannot process your order for shipping.

Costs:

Our aim is to process and dispatch your order promptly. Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, enabling you to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by factors such as your order's weight, size, destination, and chosen shipping method. You can review the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Possible Delays:

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally result in shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Guidelines for Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. 

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may request that you provide photos or other documentation to assist in the resolution process.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the steps to ensure you receive the desired item.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following the guidelines mentioned above.
